SHIPPING
Our default shipping method is UPS Ground, which takes between 5-7 business days. You can upgrade to UPS Express (2-3 days) shipping at checkout. Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing. UPS Ground shipping in the contiguous U.S. is free for all orders over $150. For orders under $150, UPS Ground shipping is $10. We do not offer overnight shipping at this time. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes and only ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. To view the status of your shipment, you can log in to your Account on our site. You’ll also receive email notifications with any updates to your shipment.
Your order will be packed with packing peanuts made from starch. They are biodegradable, decompose in water, leave no toxic waste, and are FDA compliant. They are compostable or can be disposed of in the trash. The cardboard boxes from your shipment, and any paper inserts, are recyclable. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Year & Day products. If anything in your order arrives damaged, send us a picture of the damaged goods to support@yearandday.com and we'll send you a replacement right away.
RETURNS
We will happily accept returns within 60 days of purchase. Email us at support@yearandday.com, and we will send you a shipping label. Returns have a $10 restocking fee. Unused napkins in their original packaging may be returned.
